Dolphin Swim excursion with Royal Caribbean?

Debating about whether to choose the Dolphin swim in Falmouth or Grand Cayman... It's a little unclear as to which activities are included in the Dolphin Swim in Jamaica on the website. There is mention of swimming with rays as well in Falmouth, but it doesn't specify if that costs extra.

Am currently booked to do this excursion in April, but have read some not-so-stellar reviews. Anyone have an experience they could share? We are booked for the swim and Dunn's climb. Are hoping to have some beach time at Dolphin Cove, but can't tell if they have an actual beach. Tried asking Royal Caribbean, but the agents don't seem to have any more info than the non-informative website.
