Tracy Arms-departure & return times?

Recommended Posts

For those of you who have done this, what time do you leave the ship and do they return you directly to Juneau. We saw the smaller tender boat along side last July and heard from our room steward that crew go along with snacks, etc. Five hours is a long time. We are trying to meet up with pals in Juneau for lunch but unsure when and how the Tracy Arms excursion works.

Thanks,

We left Mariner at o730 promptly. Plenty of snacks and drinks on the catamaran, and we eventually rejoined Mariner in the docks at Juneau around 1230. The cat crew hurried the last stage to make sure we arrived on time.

If you read the various threads on this topic I think you will find that virtually (possibly literally) very poster was very happy to thrilled with this tour.

BTW, last August we did the tour, had lunch at the Red Dog Saloon (which is alot of fun) then when whale watching and had plenty of time to shop before heading back to the ship. It was a longer day in time, but the pace is so relaxed that even with two kids the entire day was very enjoyable.
