Fares and tolls will go up with the increases set to take effect March 22.

Base Fare Subway/Bus $2.75

Metrocard Fee for new card stays at $1.00

Bonus increase to 11% with purchase of $5.50 or more on card.

Single Ride Ticket purchased from metro card vending machine $3.00

7 Day Metrocard Unlimited $31.00

MTA Bridges and Tunnels (see MTA.INFO for all bridges and Tunnels)

Verrazano Bridge Cash $16.00 E-Z Pass $11.08

RFK,Throgs Neck, BronxWhiteStone Bridges, both Tunnels Cash $8.00 E-Z Pass $5.54

Henry Hudson Cars by Mail/Non NYCSC EZ-Pass $5.50 or E-Z Pass $2.54

Commuter Rail Roads (MNRR/LIRR) fares increase 4.25% or less. I believe the "City Ticket" for Commuter Rail Road transportation within NYC like Penn Station to Jamaica to get Air Train (weekend only) will go to $4.25 from $4.00 didn't see anything other then knowing it will go up.

Even at $31 a 7 day metro card is still a great value.
