Transporation in Falmouth

I will be in Falmouth on August 25th off of Liberty of the Seas. Hubby and I want to climb Dunns River Falls. I've stayed in Montego Bay before and docked in Ocho Rios. First time at Falmouth, which doesn't seem close to any attractions I want to take.

 

Anyone know about Transportation from Falmouth to Dunns River Falls. I've contacted several companies, and prices are about $140. Which is up to four, but we are only two. Are there buses?

 

Would appreciate any advice, thanks so much.
