Embarkation Lunch Options - Serenade of the Ses

We are trying to figure out lunch options for embarkation day. What venues will be open when we arrive on the ship? Some ships seem to have Giovanni's Table open but not all.

Windjammer (buffet) and Park Cafe for sure. Don't know if Giovanni's is open for lunc on embarkation day.
