Yay, I finally got a response with a confirmed seat! Although they confirmed by replying to my original email, I can't help but feel that the follow up direct to Allure email made them more responsive. The timing was just too perfect to be coincidental, and I have been trying to reach them for a while.

I used that email also after no response with rcldining. I received confirmation with in a hour.
