Has anyone used this tour company: http://www.dmcchile.cl/en/index.html?

I came across it but have not been able to find any reviews, general pricing idea, or cancellation policies if the ship does not make it to port. What have others thought of the company?

Looking at the website it appears that they are an American company who manages shore excursions for the cruise lines in a variety of different ports throughout South America and in other countries as well. I'm not sure whether they offer any private excursions
