CS infinity General questions

We have not sailed in many years, so we are basically first time cruisers. We are in a Sky Suite sailing on CS infinity 11-24 thru the Panama Canal and have some basic questions.

1. Are power strips allowed on the ship?

2. Are binoculars provided in the suite or should we bring our own?

3. What is the acceptable percentage for a tip to the guide and vehicle driver when taking a shore excursion?

4. Should we tip the cabin butler on each service they provide or give them a total additional amount after the cruise? If so how much?

5. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
