Ensenada, or even Catatlina Nail Service

We will be on the Inspiration on the 7th and it is the end of our vacation after five days at Disney. I wanted to get my nails done but the ship doesn't offer nail services. I know Ensenada has some good places for facials and massages, but does anyone know of a good nail place with in walking distance of the ship? Catalina would be ok too.
