tonystark0000 Posted January 16, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 16, 2015 Hello cruisers, We just booked our second cruise😊 all excited. We been on the pacific dawn before for a 7 night to Whitsunday but was diverted down north to sydney and Newcastle due to weather conditions. Just a few questions - does p&o would give us any discounts or any benefits as we did not get the first cruise we wanted to go on to the whitsunday. - do they have theme nights on the 4 night cruise? Like the longer ones - how's the entertainment on the 4 night cruise? - any one still have their daily schedule from the 4 night cruise? - what's the earliest can we get on the ship? Coz last time we noticed people got on it pretty early. - what's good to do at airlie beach? Thanks
PacificBear Posted January 23, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 23, 2015 Hi Tony, - does p&o would give us any discounts or any benefits as we did not get the first cruise we wanted to go on to the whitsunday. There is a past passenger discount, but if you shop around you can often get a cheaper price - do they have theme nights on the 4 night cruise? Like the longer ones No not really - how's the entertainment on the 4 night cruise? Good, just like four sea days> You will either get comedians or lifestyle lectures as well. - any one still have their daily schedule from the 4 night cruise? Yes, but they are just like sea deays on a normal 7 night cruise. - what's the earliest can we get on the ship? Coz last time we noticed people got on it pretty early. P&O now has a system that you go on cruise personalise and select you boarding time - first in first served basis. - what's good to do at airlie beach? Visit the Lagoon, cafe, ferry to an Island, shop at markets, swim at beach (there is one with a stinger net) Hope the above helps.
