Pacific Pearl Deck 4 what is the blank area on deck plan?

Hi we are off on Pacific Pearl soon and looking at the deck plan, wonder if anyone can tell us about Deck 4 and what is next to the Medical Centre on the right? The plans show a blank area right along the right side under the deck 5 cabins. Thank you
