question about finding Courtney Taylor excursion driver

We're booked with Courtney Taylor for an excursion on our upcoming RCI trip. Their instruction say the following:

Once you give my name to a Dispatcher they will direct you to my location on the port.

If you have any problems please provide my numbers to the dispatcher or information service at the port. Here are the numbers

Who is the dispatcher they are referring to? Is this an RCI person, a person with Courtney Taylor or someone else?

I sent a note to Courtney Taylor but didn't hear back.

Dispatchers are persons working on the port more like securities which will guide you in the right direction for your excursions.
