Labadee Cabanas

We have not been to Labadee in probably 4 years. We would rent a cabana (about $250 for the day for the family). It had cold water, a private area, bathrooms, a private lunch buffet. The downside was it was not near a sandy beach. I now see Celebrity is showing 2 types of rentals - one is like $450 and one is like $250. I have heard that neither is private since now the private area is for suites only. Can someone clarify & give any more info on the 2 types of rentals...maybe some pros & cons??
