Club Royale Table Ratings

Hi Guys,

I just got back from a 3 night on the Enchantment. The Host Pedro was very good to me ( as most of the hosts usually are).

I know we have had these back and forth conversations about the (play being off) when playing at tables. Nick and I have definitely chatted about it before.

As I have said, my play is on average $155 per hand ( never less than 150 per spin and usually not more than 170).

On the morning of day 2 I went and checked with the host and yet again they had my average at 120/ hand ( totally wrong) Although they actually had the minutes of play right this time ( 4 hours for the first night of the cruise)

I expressed yet again that this was not accurate and this was not acceptable. They got together with the pit boss who knew I had never played less then 150 per hand... They made the necessary changes, but it is so frustrating that I have to take the time each day to go over my bets. It has something to do with the automated system and how they count spins, but no one could clearly explain it to me.

anyways... again cautionary tale.. make sure you check your play before you leave the ship. In my case the difference between the 120 per hand they were showing and the actual corrected average of 155 per hand makes a huge difference on my comps especially when I average 3 to 5 hours per day in the casino

just my thoughts.

Thanks for the heads up....it's a good warning to bring it to their attention. I also feel my table play never gets accurately counted on the cruise, and some land casinos!

It's so annoying to have to point it out to them all the time.

agreed but now it's even more complicated. In talking with club royale yesterday. They no longer have player files ( with our actual play) all of the play is attached to our crown and anchor number and sent to corporate in miami... According to the person at club royale the only thing they now have access to is the offers that corporate sends them... so once you leave the ship, there is no way to check hours or average bet with club royale as you used too. Not good
