Embarkation at Hamburg

We are booked on a three night mini cruise from Hamburg, leaving on the 3rd September. Does anyone know what time we are likely to be able to board the ship and if MSC usually provide lunch on embarkation days?

 

The ship is in port from 7am to 6.30pm that day according to the Port of Hamburg website.
