Jack's Shack & Snorkeling

I keep hearing all these wonderful things about Jack's Shack and we have decided to stop by on our cruise in August. We would also like to do some snorkeling and I would like to know if we can do this there, as well?

Though there were a few fish in the water, it is not good snorkeling around Jack's Shack. I suggest heading a little further north to snorkel around the pier.

We were there last year and the snorkeling was great. It helps that the water was calm that day. Not only did we see lots of fish, including a Nurse Shark, but there were conch shells and sand dollars all over the place. Will be there next week and can't wait to try again.

Hi, we were just in Grand Turk last week and did a 1.5 hr snorkeling trip with Papa J's and then walked over to Jack's for lunch and hanging out on the beach afterwards. The snorkeling was excellent with Papa J's...you see much more than you would off the beach. Enjoy! Lynne
