cruises ending in Mexico

We are not actually taking one that ends there, but will be disembarking there. My question has to do with the Mexico tourist card (FMM), the card you fill out on the plane if arriving in Mexico by air. I am assuming the fee has to be paid for cruise passengers, but cannot find that info anywhere. If it is paid by the cruise line as part of the taxes and fees, I don't want to pay it again in order to leave Mexico by plane. I'm trying to find out but have had no luck so far. Anyone ever taken a cruise that ends in Mexico?
