Renewing vows

Some real good friends are going on their very first cruise and we are going to Cozumel and Progreso her DH wants to surprise her with renewing their vows in a old church in one of these ports but I am having a hard time finding one does anyone know of a small church and how to go about doing this?

He may need to search for a church with an English speaking Priest or Pastor. I do know a Protestant church in Merida provides services in English, part of the year.
