Progreso and Cozumel Excursions

Family cruising to Progreso and Cozumel in the middle of May and looking at the excursion with the Rhino ride to the Mayan site and then to the beach. Can anyone give us information if this is the way to go in Progreso. We also saw a add for SeaTreak has anyone done this excursion. Looks like you can book through Carnival. We also was looking at the catamaran and snorkling has any one done either one of these excursions any input would be great.
