Default Machu Picchu

Great book to read before going to Machu Picchu is "Turn right at Machu Picchu". My sister and I are both reading it now. I wish it had been published before we took our amazing cruise from Buenos Aires to Santiago. We took a Princess tour to Machu Picchu at the end of the cruise. The tour was amazing!!!!

Thanks for the book recommendation before we go to Machu Picchu next January.

I have read Turn Right At Machu Picchu also. I would also recommend two other books.

The Last Days of the Incas by Kim MacQuarrie

The Conquest of the Incas by John Hemming

All three are excellent books but in reading each one I always hope that there would be a different ending. Who knows what we might be experiencing if things had turned out a little bit differently?
