Diamond Princess - Aft A744

This will be our first time on the Princess ships. We have a AFT A744 booked for Alaska. Any insights to this cabin? Any pictures to share? It looks like a great location and we booked it when Princess announced their big sale. Over 1/2 off on this balcony. What a huge savings!:)

We are doing back-to-back. First leg on RCI, second leg back to Vancouver on Diamond Princess. Can't wait for this first time adventure to Alaska.

Cheers!

Donna

Donna...send me your email address and then give me a couple of days. I have pictures of A749 which is the exact cabin but on the other side of the ship. I can tell you we like the location so much on the Diamond that the next time we sailed (on the Sapphire which is sister ship), we took this cabin again. We are currently booked on the Diamond

again in 2010 and are not happy we could not get this cabin again.

This is a standard size cabin. But the balcony is slightly angled. Very quiet location and just a door away from door leading to pool etc. Balcony had two chairs and a small table. We moved things around abit and carried a lounge chair from pool to our balcony. It fit just fine. Unless you can get one of the big suites (which is just below you)....go for this cabin every time.
