My last 4 days has been an adventure. We made a reservation and paid for a Feb cruise on Oct 11. The reservation was deleted overnight. Called on Oct 12 reservation was reinstated incorrectly - transfers added, etc. Reservation was corrected and was again deleted over night. On Oct 13 the reservation was correctly reinstated. Printed travel summary was ensured that everything was good to go. Yeah! I thought. Wrong, the paid reservation was once again deleted. And, yes, I checked my AX card and Princess has my $$$. Now it is Friday, Oct 14 after over 2 hours on the phone this am and another 2 hours tonight I have been told everything is good. The big BUT IS - the website is having technical issues. I have no way to know if it has been corrected. Stay tune.
