Brewers Beach vs Magen's Bay

We are Travelling on the Dawn soon and deciding between Cane Garden Bay and Brewer's Beach.

From the cruise Port, are the roads less steep to Cane Garden Bay or Brewer's Beach? I think my wife is now freaked out about the dangerous roads to Brewer's Bay since I told her...silly me!!! :)

Also, is entry to either beach free, or is there a cost to enter?

I can only speak for Brewer's Bay, but I didn't think the roads were THAT terrifying. Heck, some of the roads here in the Poconos are far worse! :eek:

No charge for Brewer's itself, but if you want a beach chair, you need to rent one from the proprietor of Nicole's Bar/Restaurant.

You have to go over about a thousand feet of elevation to get to either beach. The roads are well-paved.

You basicly use the same roads to get to either beach. Neither road is that bad. I think Brewers Bay is just a little further. You can check out Brewers Bay in my Tortola pictures in my signature.
