  1. Hi,


    We have The Key booked for our Spectrum of the Sea cruise from Singapore that we booked as soon as we could add it.

     

    Today we found out our cheeky low bid to go from a GTY balcony to a Golden Balcony (Sky Class) cabin was a winner.


    As far as I can tell there is now no point in having The Key, but could I see if anyone has any experience that means we should still keep the key?

     

    As far as I can see we will now get Voom with the Sky Class cabin and priority boarding/disembarkation in Singapore.


    Embarkation Key lunch seems less tempting when we will have all day access to Golden Dinning room (Costal Kitchen by another name).

     

    Any thought would be apricated before I hit the refund button.

    Thank you, just seems so odd that we can not cancel/change/increase the offer now.

     

    I thought you could change or cancel the RoyalUp bids anytime until it was accepted or expired. I may have to try and find a way of calling plusgrade to remove the bid.

     

    I would like the to cancel the bid before we travel out as don't like the idea of the risk it could get accept post embarkation once unpacked!

    Has anyone else experienced the following with RoyalUp?

     

    I placed an offer on RoyalUp when I first I got the email, but now I wanted to modify the offer. For the last three days when I log in there is no option to amend/modify/change or cancel the bid.

     

    At first I thought this might mean it was a "win", but no money has been taken / its still says pending and the cabin number has not changed on the booking.

     

    Has anyone has of not being able to change the bid for so many days?

    Does seem odd they have taken out the wording for two departure ports. Guess we may know more when the 14th booking window opens for any platinum members. 

     

    Has anyone seen what Disney are doing for the rules around vaccination requirements and/or testing for these UK only sailings?

    Has anyone booked the Haven with three adults in one cabin with the current wave offers ?

     

    Just wondering if you have to book and pay for the 3rd adult to have the identical beverage and dinning packages to match up with free ones for the first two guests get.

    We would want beverage package for the 3rd adult, but not the dinning one.

    Great to see some more people on here. Keep forgetting to check back on this thread.

     

    It going to be a fun cruise. We are both from London (Samshltn who started and I).

    We have cruised from Miami before, but not closer to home in Europe.

     

    Think we are going to just explore most ports as the main stuff to see in the canaries is near the port. But we did book the Gibraltar excursion as it will be fun to see England in the sun haha

    We are in the UK but looking at using the US booking services for our next cruise with NCL, due to the better terms and conditions.

     

    We are going to use our future cruise credit we have saved.

     

    On the FCC letter it says cancellations need to be sent in writing. Does anyone know if this is correct or can we cancel over the phone if needed?
