I washed everything myself on a 26-day TransAtlantic + Mediterranean, including man's khakis, before I learned from @kazu and others on here, about how good HAL laundry is. Can't wait to try the hang-dry option on our 35-day cruise next year!
Just allow for hang-dry to take an extra day to be returned to you.
Finding this out makes me so happy, it will be so much easier.
If I ask for them to hang dry, will they press them? Or do I have to ask?

Sure you can ask for wash only - hang to dry. Be specific in your comments section and it should be a non issue.
Thanks, that's what I was hoping for.
We'll be gone for a while, and I can't afford for them to shrink my clothes. It happened once on a Carnival cruise, and it was not a good thing, especially since things were already tight from gaining weight on the trip🙂! I've been afraid to trust them ever since, and generally wash things myself if the ship has a guest laundry, but this ship does not so I'm kind of stuck.

Most of my slacks can't go in the dryer. Do they offer an option for °hang to dry" or "wash only, no dryer"?

We have done numerous b2b's and there has never been a special lunch, even when there were quite a lot of us.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn BWI in Linthicum, with a sleep park and cruise package. Nice hotel, included breakfast and shuttle to the port, in addition to parking while we were gone. This was several years ago. Loved the Grandeur, sailed on it several times.

The country inn and suites is nice and is (at least when we add stayed there a couple of years ago) the closest hotel to the port. They also had a free shuttle to the port and I think breakfast was also included.

Check out.tripadvisor.com. Lots of good reviews there and on these boards in past posts. We thought about it but decided to stay in OSJ instead.

Now how did "Ralph" become "Wee Jimmy"? Who knew. Thanks everyone!

A few years ago Wee Jimmy was our cruise director on the Freedom, and we'd love to sail with him again. Only thing is we don't remember his full name, so we can't check the CD schedule to see if he's still with Carnival. Can anyone tell us his last name?

is this on ANY ship or just certain ones? We will be on Monarch in a few weeks and that would be an awesome late night snack!!!
We were able to order cheese plates thru Room Service, even though it was not on the room service menu - this was on Enchantment.
