On our 2 cruises we never experienced that. The cabin stewards were exceptional. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that we are generous and tip them $20 a day.

The prices are no different than they are on land. When I buy something from a regular coach store I ask for a discount and always seem to get 25% off. That didn't work on the Allure, however.

The same thing happened to us in January. There was a bar mitzvah with 1000 kids. We also found out that Brazil was on summer break. There were kids everywhere. Security was out at night telling them to go to bed. I never knew kids could be so badly misbehaved. I wondered where their parents were. We will never cruise during that time again

With my time dining you can choose who you sit with and go any time you want between those times, but with main seating you have to sit with others and be there at the time they give you.

they may be in a "linear type pattern of 3, but more so in clusters and can be everywhere if there is an infestation of more then just a few bugs. they prefer specific areas but enough bites can cause significant reaction.. and can be a bad "rash every where"

Ah, thank you for clarifying that. I was speaking from personal experience, unfortunately. I hope to never have that experience again because it was brutal. And because I am going on the Oasis in March, I really hope the OP didn't get bed bugs.

Since you had them everywhere, I doubt they were bed bugs. Bed bugs bite in one particular area. If they were bed bugs you would notice a pattern. They like to bite in a straight line. You would have one straight line of bites on one part of your body, not a bad rash everywhere.

I committed a crime on the Allure. I took pictures of the Britto Gallery and got screamed at by a crew member. Before that I saw some guy in handcuffs surrounded by 4 security guards. I have no idea what he did.

Woman usually shave their underarm area. Men do not.:D

But what about the women who don't shave their underarms?

On the Allure my favorite breakfast was at Johnny Rockets. It was by far the best breakfast on the ship, and the best part about it was that it was free.

It was good on the Liberty but awful on the Allure. It didn't have sauce.

You will love the Oasis

Did you have a preference between the Allure and the Oasis? I loved the Allure and probably would have loved it more if it wasn't so busy.

I'm going to make reservations to all of the shows now. I remember last year on the Allure there were people who couldn't make it to shows because they didn't book in advance.

I am so excited. My husband and I booked the Oasis of the Seas for March.

Last year we went on the Allure and had a blast, and the year before that we went on the Liberty and also had fun.

This will be our third cruise. We got hooked the first time we went.

Now it's time to get a countdown ticker and make a signature.
