Has anyone done the overnight option for Paris at the Le Havre port? The website does not mention what time the pickup the next day is...do we have time to get a late lunch/early dinner on the second day or do they pick you up early on?

Same for the overnight docking in La Rochelle. We would like to stay in Bordeaux for the night if possible rather than make the two hour drive twice in two days. There is no excursion option for overnight so it looks like we would have to take the train on our own there and back. Has anyone done this or have a better idea?
