  1. I don't think you are getting enough calories, and definitely not enough protein if you are eating that and working out as well. You can put your body into starvation mode where it tries to hold on to the fat and burns muscle instead. Not healthy, and counter productive. Have you joined My Fitness Pal? It will help you track calories and exercise as well as macros.

    I agree....getting the right diet/calories is really important. If you get into a starvation mode during weight loss you will lose muscle and there is a greater chance of excess calories going directly to fat.

  2. IT has happened. I don't remember when or what ship, but I remember passengers actually threw furniture down at pirates causing them to go into the ocean.

     

    Also, I know that on cruises that go through the Red Sea and Horn of Africa on their way East have Navy Seals (probably former seals, now private security) on-board.

     

    That actually makes me feel better.

  4. I was looking to do a private tour here but saw how close the schedule is and didn't want any unexpected surprises (flat tire; vehicle trouble) to stop us from returning on time. I booked thru Carnival so I was guaranteed they would wait for me if anything happened... You need to weigh what risks you are willing to take I think and make your decision from there...

     

    Thats one reason we always do ship tours. I am always so paranoid about being left behind.
