90 till Oasis

Just returned from staying in these 2 cabins and really enjoyed them. Everything was as expected and we really enjoyed the virtual portholes. At night they change the image from pitch black to a night scene that looks nice. The first night we had it on all night and it was nice to wake up to the brightness of daylight.

The second night we slept with it off and it was the first thing we turned on. Really nice.

The location of these cabins was great as well. Can't wait to be able to sail with Disney again.

Your brother Ron was funny last night when he addressed your viewers. I'd rather watch your broadcast than many things on TV. We love Cruising and the fact that when we see you you are live is mind blowing for being on a cruise.

We also have friends that are there for their daughters 15th birthday and I look for them in the background of your broadcasts. Thank you again for taking time from your vacation for this.

Friends snapped these pics of me on the beach seeing them off. I'm soaked. But it was fun.

Friend on board just texted it was a medical emergency and they announced they would be leaving soon

I'm on the beach watching. Some friends are on it now but and we can e to see them off. They are not answering their phone or text. Staying tuned.

Anybody know why Oasis is heading back to the dock.?

We sailed Freedom 8500 and loved it! It was abut of a hike to drop the kids off and pick them up from Adventure ocean or to go eat but if you know that going in you are mentally prepared to walk a lot. It was very quiet. Room service took long every time but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the room being in he front of the ship.

Family room allow up to 6 but you have to call to reserve. They don't let you book them online.

Has anybody stayed in these cabins and remember the porthole view? Aft, Forward, port, starbord? I have seen videos of the type of room but have not found these exact rooms to be able to tell. The port holes face the aft of the ship but the rooms are more forward in the layout of the ship being between the mid ship elevators and the forward elevators. We have both connecting cabins.

Sorry I do not remember the menus order. Lobster was the 2 nd formal night I remember that.

OP,

We went from sailing Freedom of the Seas for New Years to the Legend of the Seas for spring break. We loved both for different reasons. We really enjoyed the intimate feel of the legend. We felt like we got to know more people and the cruise critic group was the most active and involved than we have ever seen or experienced. The ship was so small that everything was close by and the number of passengers was small too so there was a crowding issue anytime.

My best advice is to study the ship you are going on before so you know what to expect and what not to. This way you will not go thinking you may get a particular venue or activity and then learn its not offered on that ship while on your cruise.

Hoping someone can answer this for me as RCCL was no help when I called. I called reservations and Crown and Anchor. Crown and Anchor told me I can make the restaurant reservations four days prior to sailing which I know is not correct.

 

 

 

We are in a Royal family suite on the Anthem in June 2016. We are six people, however with the way Royal's reservation system is set up and not being able to have more than four people on one reservation we had to have four on one reservation and two on another even though we are all in the same room

 

 

 

My question is this - what happens when it comes time to make the dining reservations. How do I go about making them for everyone together? I cannot link the second reservation to my C&A account since I am not on that reservation. In the notes it does state that we are linked with the second reservation but their names do not show up when I look at the reservation

 

 

 

What happens when it comes time to do online check in for everyone?

 

 

 

In addition - When CAN I make restaurant reservations? I keep reading so many different things on this that I have no idea what is what
