It can easily said that we're probably geeked out the most :D

Join us on our Facebook page TOMORROW at 5pm EST with Michael Bayley and Ken Rush as we broadcast LIVE from alongside the 3 Sisters at sea. See you then!

  2. Hi there.

It seems that there’s been some chatter about our enhanced Beverage Packages.

We've recently refined our beverage package offerings, and no longer offer the Select package. No need to worry! We'll still honor your Select Beverage Package while you’re onboard. You’ll enjoy the same selection of complimentary beverages you were promised at time of purchase:

    • Beers

    • Wines by the glass

    • Non-alcoholic cocktails

    • Juices

    • Fountain soda with free Coca-Cola® souvenir cup

You also have the option to upgrade once onboard to the new Deluxe Package for an additional $10 per person per day + gratuity. Just visit one of the beverage sales stations located throughout the ship or simply ask your friendly bar staff.

    We hope this info helps.

  3. Hi there.

It seems that there’s been some chatter about our enhanced Beverage Packages. Here are the highlights:

Our new offerings have been simplified into the Deluxe Beverage Package, the Refreshment Package, and the Classic Soda Package. These packages were launched onboard as of September 06, 2016. Please use the link below for more info on what each packages includes.

We’ll be grandfathering in our guests that have already purchased the Select Package, or that have the package included in their cruise. Please review the points below:

    - Guests with a Select Package will have the opportunity to upgrade onboard to the Deluxe Package at the special rate of $10pp per day, plus 18% gratuities

    - Guests with the Premium and Ultimate Packages will be automatically upgraded to the new Deluxe Package at no extra cost

    - Replenish Package is being replaced by the Refreshment Package and our Evian Water Package remains unchanged

We hope this answers many of the questions out there.

  4. Hey there.

As the safety and well-being of our guests are always our top priority, we continue to closely monitor the path and progress of Tropical Storm Earl. When it comes to bad weather, one of the greatest advantages of a cruise ship is its ability to move around and away from the weather system. Should we need to modify any arrivals, departures, or itineraries, we'll post that info on our website - www.royalcaribbean.com.

    We hope this info helps.

  5. Hello there.

We serve complimentary lobster in the main dining room on all 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 14 day sailings departing from the U.S., including Alaska, and China. We don't serve complimentary lobster on 3, 4 or 5 day sailings originating from U.S. ports, nor do we serve lobster on sailings originating from Europe, South America, and Australia.

    We hope this info helps!

  6. Hello there.

The Prohibition Event is a 1920's themed party featuring live jazz, dancing, handcrafted drinks from the period when alcohol was illegal, and a few surprises. You'll receive a pin and the secret password that'll gain you access to this invitation-only party at the spectacular Jazz on 4 club. The invitation and other info will be delivered to your stateroom on boarding day.

    Note:

    • The fee for the event is $35.00 per person, which includes alcoholic drinks.
    • This event is available for purchase through Pre-Cruise Planner or once onboard the ship.
    • The event takes place on Day 5 of the cruise.
    • Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of event will incur a charge of $10.

    We hope this info helps!

  7. Hello there.

You can download the app at home, but Royal iQ only works when connected to the ship's Wi-Fi network. Once at the pier or onboard, connect to "royal-wifi" and register by entering your name as it appears on your SetSail Pass or SeaPass card, and a few other pieces of info. We recommend the device is placed on airplane mode to avoid incurring roaming charges.

To utilize the calling and texting functions, the Royal iQ communication package must be purchased. After purchasing a package, you can make calls and send texts to other devices with a purchased package onboard the ship from within the app. Each guest has a unique extension in Royal iQ and to communicate with others using the app, you'll need the other person's extension. This can be found in the Communication Menu of Royal iQ.

    We hope this info helps!

  8. Hello there.

Beverage packages are available for purchase throughout the voyage with at least 4 days remaining and must be purchased for the duration of the cruise. The price will be prorated price based on date of purchase. On a 2 or 3-night cruise guests must purchase on the first day and we won't prorate on such a short cruise.

    We hope this info helps!

  9. Hello there.

Unfortunately, guests aren't allowed to bring their own beverages onboard (with the exception of a beverage in hand upon boarding, and 2 bottles of wine or champagne).

Additionally, the only alcohol that can be pre-purchased for stateroom delivery is wine or champagne.

    We hope this info helps!

  10. Hello there.

If you're wishing to bring personal wine or champagne onboard with you on embarkation day, you may do so. The limit is two (2) bottles (no boxes) of 750ml each per stateroom.

    We hope this info helps!
