Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Good points ❤️ I am still waiting to hear back from Royal Caribbean but will definitely keep those points in mind. Other social media areas where it is shared (if anyone out there would like to help get the word out) Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cv8U9H3poqr/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Facebook: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid02uT96xsZXYGfFDKrcQTr73KBwRX2pNWhtxffKpgBThMNS6z2G6yjzJmTkjgj4MCDGl&id=1373264753&mibextid=Nif5oz
  2. Update 8/14/2023 10:00 MST I was able to talk to someone in the correct department at Royal Caribbean. They do have a Chargerback warehouse but she was unable to just give me the mailing address without pre-coordinating first...so hopefully I will get a call back today that it is ok. (The website is only for listing lost items, not found ones according to her.) She said that I would have to pay for shipping to the warehouse but I told her that wasn't an issue. Crossing my fingers that they will be ok with the mailing. I already tried to talk my husband into letting me book another cruise next week on the Navigator so I can drop it off at Guest Services. Maybe I will start a ***** instead (just kidding! 🤣)
  3. Thank you ❤️ Honestly part of me wants to delete the posts because of the trolling but the other half is holding on that the owner might see it.
  4. Never said I didn't trust RC employees. I said that I was currently unable to contact anyone because that particular office was closed so I posted this message on social media forums in the interim.
  5. Get it but I only take costume jewelry on the ship and the only expensive thing is my wedding rings. My daughter also put her precious earrings that she bought from Target the safe. ...oh and our passports she put in my purse. She is also 4'5" so plenty tall to handle putting things into and locking the safe on her own. She is also a responsible kid but it wasn't like I didn't double check after she was done with her 'chores' to ensure it wasn't empty. We raise our kids to be responsible and caring humans. If others are doing something else then that is their call. 🤷‍♀️ So I am actually just going to stop responding to unhelpful comments like someone else suggested because going around in circles is doing nothing but making me angry.
  6. Thank you! Another person suggested that and I posted to several of the Navigator roll calls. I also posted on fb on the main NOTS group, on the RC page, and on our sailing page.
  7. Again, my 7 year old daughter helped pack everything in the stateroom. She has no idea what jewelry I packed so she would have no idea what was mine or not. When I unpacked today (they day after we got home) I saw it mixed it with various necklaces, earrings, etc.
  8. Oh goodness I am so sorry about your watch! 💔 I hope that one day it turns up. Is that lost and found directly on the ship vs the main RC one? Do you happen to know if they have an email address or does the main RC lost and found forward it on to the ship.
  9. Why? Because someone is trying to do the right thing or because people will make snarky comments without reading the whole post?
  10. Again, my 7 year old daughter helped pack everything in the stateroom. She has no idea what jewelry I packed so she would have no idea what was mine or not. When I unpacked today (they day after we got home) I saw it mixed it with various necklaces, earrings, etc. We were no longer on the ship and Guest Services is not an option. The ship is sailing out of LA and we live several states away. I have seen multiple posts that people have issues getting items directly back from the cruise line. ...and judging by the ring I'm sure the individual already filed an insurance claim. So if I was a dishonest person I could just have pocketed it and call it a day. However I am an honest person and am posting in several places to hopefully contact the owner. I get it....there are skeptics out there and we live with many shady people in the world. The RC links I can find online only state "lost" items vs found. I was told when I called the reservation number that the people I need to talk to are not currently open. All I can do is put myself in the position if I lost a ring like that and hope that someone would post about it someplace to try to find me. Since I currently have to wait to talk to someone at Royal Caribbean I decided to try to reach out through social media in the meantime and just maybe find the owner here. Also, I don't post on these forums often so I'm not sure if there is a better place that will receive more visibility.
  11. Hi everyone!! Long shot posting here but I wanted to try. Please no negative comments and yes I am also in the process of reporting this to Royal Caribbean but unfortunately was told the office I need to talk to is currently closed. We just got off the Navigator of the Seas and had a stateroom on the 9th floor. Most of our jewelry was loose in the safe and my daughter helped pack up when we got off the ship. As I am unpacking at home, I realized that there was a ring in the safe that wasn't ours and is probably a keepsake for someone else. Please let me know if you happened to leave it behind. I am asking for a photo with proof that it is yours/description and proof that you were in that stateroom. I also have this information posted as a public post on my Facebook page. I am sure the owner is heartbroken...so I am hoping we can get this back to its owner. ❤️
