Never be without a drink in one hand.
And a water bottle full of booze in the cabin for port days.

Find a puddle jumper to fly them to oralndo.

Cover the crib with a bed sheet.

Here's what I did, order a liquor neat. My choice was Crown Royal.
Go down to your cabin, pour that drink into an empty bottle.
You cannot believe how fast you can get enough for the port day.
Also with the drink package, you should never have hand without a glass in it.

I made a round trip in july of this year.
Went to Joliet for a drag race.
Pulling a 24' trailer I kept the cruise control at 65 MPH.
Total behind the wheel time was 23 hours.
I went Fl Turnpike, I-75,I-65, I-80.
Also stopped between three and five hours for gas.
If possible, time the trip to avoid Atlanta, Nashville and Chattanoga during Am and PM rush hour.
The bottlenecks were Atlanta, Chattanoga, Nashville, Louisville, Indianapolis and I-80.

So that's why those jags clog up the arrival level, waiting for the largest fare.

If this helps, Hollywood Coin Laundry.

1.5 miles west of I95.
My 75 y/o father in law does his laundry there.

The Hard Rock Hollywood will, but it'll cost you $$.
They will do almost anything, for $$$.
-
I'd be more worried that the port is open for ships on Monday.

So the children will be how many cabins and decks away from the parents?
-
My $.02, If you are sailing from the Port of Miami, going north to Hollywood or Fort Lauderdale Stations might be
a better, more efficient choice than going all the way west to the Blue Lagoon area.
-
Get to South Georgia the first day.
Leave your house by 4 am and stop no later than 8pm.
-
Eat anywhere on Hollywood beach.
Just go to the place that has the food you want.

The only reason to stay in Kendall is if
you drove up from Key west.;p

Little Havana is not a neighborhood like little Italy or Chinatown.
-
All the outside shops, bars, resturants and clubs have been knocked down for a new hotel being built.
-
99% of the surface lots in the downtown area of Miami are there for the convience
of the workers in the office buildings in the area.

Also there are the spontaneous protests-celebrations that are common to the little havana neighborhood.

I don't know how traffic is in St. Louis on a late afternoon, but the morning and afternoon rushhours are worth missing.
On my car adventures I leave 4-5 am, to miss the morning commute, the PM commute is worse.
What I'm trying to say, leave at 4Am Friday morning, unless you are driving straight through the night.

Three things to always ask, Parking cost (up to $45 per night), beach towel cost and resort charge.

So they finally finished the remodel......

The real issue with any driving trip to Key West is the speed limits.
There is strict enforcement is certain areas. Those have a speed limit as low as 35 MPH.
Much of the trip is 45 MPH.
A good day trip is leave the mainland before sunrise and return after dark.

You can buy the all day pass when boarding the bus.
Or if riding Metro rail, when entering the station at the ticket machines.
The ticket machines take cash, credit or debit.
Busses only take exact change cash.
Do I need a certain form for daughter whos dad will not be cruising?

A notarized note is really meaningless.
There are so many scenarios where one parent is unavailable.
