NCL Breakaway out of New Orleans, NCL General info request

My .02 comparing CCL and NCL - I think Carnival's food is much better. There are times on NCL that I struggled to find something to eat and sometimes end up with pasta a couple times a week. For service I think it's a wash. For entertainment, NCL beats Carnival hands down. That being said, we're booked on the Breakaway for March as Carnival's itineraries need a serious overhaul.
