We are on Oasis the week before you. Two separate comedy shows are listed on the cruise planner (different venues, different nights) and I was able to book both.

I love the cantilevered hot tubs in the Solarium.

As Merion_Mom mentioned, the Ship Dial Service number is: 888-724-7447. The cost is $7.95 USD per minute and can be charged to a major credit card. Upon connection, dial 12# to be connected to Jewel. Also have available the Reservation and Stateroom numbers.

We booked a Beach Bungalow for our July 10, 2018 day in Labadee on Oasis through the cruise planner back in January.

Did any of you happen to get the 15-drink-coffee-card (for $31)? I'm wondering if cafe promenade was charging 2 punches for grande drinks, or 1 punch. I've read conflicting information and Adventure seemed to be one of the 2-punch ships the last I read (which really makes no sense, since then it's more expensive to use the card than to pay as you go). I know I can just wait until I'm on board to find out and purchase the card then, but if I wanted to get a beverage package instead, it's cheaper to do that beforehand. Thanks!
I just stopped by Cafe Promenade for my afternoon iced coffee and asked the server about “punches” on the 15-drink-coffee-card. He said it depends on the drink, but usually anything in the “Tall” (12 oz.) cup is 1 punch; drinks in the “Grande” (16 oz.) cup, or “Venti” (20 oz.) cup are 2 punches.
Also, a couple of times on this trip I have been able to get cans of diet soda with my Refreshment Package at Cafe Promenade and the Blue Moon (VCL).

No one I know has the 15-drink-coffee-card, so I’m afraid I can’t help with your 1 punch vs. 2 punch question. I am glad I purchased the Refreshment Package when it was on sale 6 months ago. I’ve used it for lots of bottled water, iced coffee, Diet Coke, and a couple of non-alcoholic frozen concoctions.

Does anyone else remember betting on the horse races?
That was the best! I was never “an owner,” but it was sure fun.

So the cruise that Jake is on left San Juan on Sunday 2/18? Is it just a 6 night cruise? I know we leave on 3/17 on a Saturday.

Are you sure about the 2nd formal night? Someone told me it wouldn’t be on a night that ship leaves port late. Not doubting you, just making sure in order to make Giovanni reservations.

That’s exactly what we thought too. But when we checked with Guest Services, he assured us the 2nd formal night would be on Day 5 (Wednesday) when we were in Curacao. By the way, eight of us had dinner in Giovanni’s last night, it was phenomenal.

What are the 2 formal nights? Doing this itinerary 3/17. Really enjoying all the posts about all the changes on Adventure.

The first formal night was Day 2 (Sunday / St. Thomas). The second one will be Day 5 (Wednesday / Curacao).

We have participated in Chef's Table on Grandeur, Freedom, and this past July Oasis. The food and wine at all of them has been phenomenal. Grandeur has the nicest venue —a private paneled room off of the MDR and there were only 14 of us at the table. Chef's Table on Freedom was held on the port side in the front of the Windjammer — there were about 28 of us at a long table —we were very squished. Chef's Table on Oasis was held in an alcove in the Coastal Kitchen dining room on Deck 17. There were 16 of us; 7 were performers from the dive show, 1 was the sand artist from the ice show - they were all leaving the ship for vacation. It was a really good time.

Susan - You might want to check out purchasing a travel size cordless (battery operated) water flosser ... Waterpik sells one.

Where I can I get eggs Benedict in the morning, does it have to be MDR?
I was on Oasis the second week of July. There was a self-serve Eggs Benedict station in the Windjammer early in the week. Convenient and delicious!
-
I haven't been on Oasis since 2014, do you still have to check out pool towels?
Yes. Sailed Oasis on July 9, 2017; they swiped our SeaPass when we checked out and again when we returned our towels at the pool.
