I was told on here purchasing one medallion net will be one device per person per room. This isn’t the case, if you purchase one, you will only get one per room. 🙂

If you booked it as a 12 day and a 13 day then it would be $200. We are on a b2b (booked as two 7 days) and received $200.

Well that was amazing! Thank you @topspot! I called the number given, waited for less than 30 seconds on hold, and it’s been credited to both bookings. Now all we need to worry about is a negative covid test and we are good to go!

To answer your other question see post 4 of the following thread for a number to call before you cruise.
Thank you!

Hi all!
I have two questions for my upcoming cruise.
1) my shareholder credit has not been issued. I’ve both faxed and I’ve emailed twice. We leave Sunday, if it’s not there on time, who on the ship should I speak with to get it credited?
2) this was originally a 7 day cruise but we added a second 7 day cruise to make it a b2b. Am I credited $250 or would this be $200?

Would you ask how many people for this next week also? We are on for a b2b on Sunday.

It seems CVS are waiting for antigen test kits. No appointments anywhere in OC when my brother was trying to book an appointment a few weeks ago. He ended up using Hoag
https://orangecountycovidclinic.com/
you can also search for local labs near you by using state search
https://covid19.ca.gov/get-tested/#how-to-get-tested
I would also try Long Beach city website.
Walgreen has 1 location in OC that does rapid NAAT test but virtually impossible to get an appointment.
Lastly buy test kits from Optum/ Emed on line. My cruise is not until next year I’m waiting for a longer expiration dates to purchase.
good luck
Key to getting one at Walgreens is exactly 7 days ahead of when you need it at midnight. But currently they are only doing so for people who have been exposed, otherwise you have to do the longer wait test.

I don’t see where it says only airline visitors. I’ll be there the week after next and will clarify this but to be safe I booked an excursion with princess rather than be stuck doing nothing for in port for 8 hours.

Not cruise ship passengers...According to the organization, fully vaccinated cruise passengers arriving at Port Zante, Charlestown or South Friars in St. Kitts and Nevis will now be allowed to fully integrate into the federation without the need of a test on arrival or quarantine.
From their official site it is more clear.
https://www.stkittstourism.kn/travel-advisory-update
since it’s one of the ports on the high risk group I am still going to stick with a princess excursion just to be on the safe side.

If you read the article, it says a test isn't necessary.
I read the article, but you apparently didn’t?
”Fully vaccinated international travelers will still be required to submit a negative PCR test result taken 72 hours prior to travel as of Dec. 11, 2021. They will also need to fill out the embarkation form, answer health screening questions and have their temperature measurements taken upon arrival.”

How is the internet?

I read that St Kitts has removed some of or maybe all of their restrictions and was hoping that means a person can go ashore without booking a princess excursion. Anyone have any input on this?
Yes they did but we will still have to submit a negative covid test 72 hours in advance. Unless Princess is offering them on the ship we won’t be able to unless you can get one in St Thomas the day before.
-
There won’t be any under the age of 5 because they’re unable to be vaccinated. Over 5 can come as long as they are vaccinated, from
my understanding.

Try using this link. The data is not 100% accurate. Our medallions were delivered and the website indicated they would be delivered in 2 days.
Thank you! Do you know where I find my tracking number? I’m normally not this bad with electronics. I am finding it nowhere on my booking.
-
I know I saw it at one point but I can’t figure out anywhere how to track where my medallions are. Can you help me? ☺️ We leave a week from Sunday.

Does the internet work well?

Fellow cruiser Gaynors mentioned in post #61 approx 1400 pax and slightly under 1100 crew. Crew has been great and very happy to have guests back onboard. Some are clearly on first contract and learning on the job, which is probably challenging in any event but more so with Medallion technology, which, surprise, doesn’t always cooperate. A lot of “just give me your cabin #.”
As for masking policy, here is my take. Others may see it differently. Generally everyone is wearing masks in interior space, to their table, into bars. As for “sip and cover” in bars, to me it looks more like the policy is “unmask for the duration of the libation.”
Most everyone had masks on in theatre, at least until the lights went down, who knows after that. But theatre was probably less than 25% occupied for 9:45 show.
Also theatre made firm announcement about mask requirement.
I’m noticing your cruise immediately went to yellow on the CDC site. Are they announcing this? Or is it business as usual? We are on it over Christmas.
-
The Caribbean Princess has some cases on it right now. It’s at yellow.
-
Do you think there will be any issues with the Christmas sailing on the Caribbean Princess? I know nobody can foresee the future, I’m just hoping to hear from those of you who have been paying attention to the cruise sites during covid. We stopped living 21 months ago and are so looking forward to this. I mentally need it! We are both vaccinated and boosted.

It’s trying to drive me insane. It doesn’t work and I keep having to delete it off my iPhone and reload it. Only one time have I actually been able to log in to my account and when I went to add anything it gave me a blank white screen. I’ve spent hours on this and frankly I’m beyond irritated. It’s like a kindergartner developed this POS app.
Do you guys have any tips on how to make it work?

We sailed on the crown last december and absolutely loved it! I fell in love with Princess because of her.
Complaint and resolution number?

I was robbed in a port and it was where they own the area by a merchant. They were honest at first but then lied and treated me like crap. The doctor on ship was awful. I need to speak with someone who can assist me. It was Christmas week on the Caribbean in Mexico.
