New menus: what night is Beef Wellington on Panorama?

I'm going on the Panorama on Jan 20th (the 4th time)! Great ship layout. I've always enjoyed the food in the MDR, but looking forward to the new menus. Many choices & want to try the Emeril options! The Production shows are good - but now 4 years in a row! SO wish even a couple were new.
