  1. We sailed in May this year in gs 8010. 9 night NE cruise. Not much guest pool activity due to the cool weather but still plenty of noise first thing in the morning right above our room. Lots of furniture being dragged around directly overhead. Hands down the most noise we have ever heard from above while in a suite. That being said it is a great room and a great location. Just be aware that light sleepers could be awakened at 6 am each and every day.
  2. We stayed in suite 11734 in February. It was the super bowl cruise and we were able to watch the game on the big screens from our balcony with friends we invited up to the room. The balcony is huge and you will be able to personally greet the rock wall climbers who are able to climb all the way to the bell 🙂 We absolutely loved this room! You are able to see 180 degrees plus so I can't imagine it matters if you are port or starboard for the best view. You are able to access the extra huge balcony via your bedroom or the living area. Lots of seating, tables etc to use. Also has a bar rail with bar height chairs that make a great spot to watch the aqua show. Its a bit of a hike to the room from the stairs or elevators because it's at the very end of the hall but 100% worth it!
  3. We traveled as a group of 4 on a sold out Symphony with the UDP in February and had no trouble booking the times we preferred once we got on board. Go straight to any specialty restaurant as soon as you get on and the host will help set up your dining. We really enjoyed the specialty package!
  4. I'm 6'5" and had a similar experience on the Symphony. Could not get flat with knees and elbows in because rug you ride on was not long enough. Quite a miserable trip down the tube for me actually. One and done!!
  5. The set sail pass on the app works for everything. Bar staff accept it without issue. No need for the paper version. Boarded Symphony in Miami last February using our phones and it was really slick. There is staff in the terminal waiting with an ipad to finish the check in we completed at home ahead of time.
  6. Just got off the Symphony a week ago. There is no chefs table on her. We did ask. We dined at Wonderland one night and enjoyed it. A truly unique experience.
