LoL!! Yeah, I'm still thinking about that one also.
Are the automatic gratuities covered under the cost of the UBP? I thought it was all covered (each drink and the added gratuity), but someone who is doing a review right now said that the cost of each drink was removed from her bill but the gratuities remained. I am confused now!!
Yea covered! You do not pay anything. Ncl pays for the drink and tip which is now 18 percent.
Maybe it's that same person from saturday!!!

Thank you all for your quick responses....
Put it this way- how many threads do you/have you seen of people complaining that a drink wasn't included in the UBP..
Minus the thread from Saturday.. *cough*
-
We had a few shots that were over the max amount and were only charged the amount we went over
I have heard once bartenders get to know you or you tip well, there are some benefits. Like this ..
-
As long as the shot isn't more than $11.

Just call first thing tomorrow. Doubt anything will happen

We are on the Epic right now. There are no problems with UBP. My girlfriend had the rebellious fish (no charge) in a regular glass. If you want the souvenir glass, it's $1.75 I believe. Had glenfiddich and Jack Daniels on the rocks, all covered by UBP. Saw others ordering Lemon Drops, Bahama Mamas, etc with UBP with no problem.
Best post so far. Thank you kind sir.
Fyi I'm a scotch guy... Try neat, maybe a drop of two of water.
Otherwise glad it's under UBP.
Thanks for sharing.

Seriously, switch to the Dawn from Boston to Bermuda and sail on June 5 with us! :D
On the Dawn the first couple of sailings in June are still 3rd/4th free.
Dawn here in October- cannot wait for Bermuda!

It is strenuous- my final is due in July, I look about every other day and have rebooked 3 times.
But you know what- after final the price drops, it is what it is and I tried. Every trip cannot be perfect and some people get better deals than others. That's life. But im happy with my UBP for free.

Yea, 20 hours into it, haven't heard anything more especially from fellow CC users.
I'm ready to let this thread go bye bye.
-
Time will tell??? I keep refreshing this topic!

I see 11 now. I looked a week ago and it was 10. Your link is out dated?
-
Call NCL and have them send you the amenity form. It should be listed there.
-
My wait time was actually not that bad in the morning.
I will say however, NCL CSR staff are some for nicest people I have talked to. I have re-booked 3 times and each time is a breeze and they are very nice to talk to you and get it done in 2-3 minutes.
-
Also, 12 dollar beers? Is that 16 oz bud products?

Exactly how does this work. Are there limits? Can we just walk up to any bar and order? one drink after another? If so, is anyone sober on the ship?
Unlimited > one drink per transaction (So you cannot order 10 Bud Lights at a time)> I doubt they will continue to serve you if you are pretty intoxicated.
Yes any bar and restaurant; however, cannot order thru room service.
Have you ever been to an all inclusive resort? Same thing.

Glad I rebooked last night!!
-
Oh nice.
I just rebooked and she pushed their CC hard at me and the 150 obc if I signed up.

Maybe a call to ncl is in order to clarify.
Surprised this wasn't made more clear. But then again, nothing ever is.

Best is to call and have them email you an amenity confirmation email.

I busted my own bubble.. Booked a balcony a while back and just randomly thought of it.
Thanks

Thanks, in the T&C's, it does not make it clear if a mini-suite is considered a suite. As odd as that sounds.
"Book the Haven or a suite and get all three offers"
I figured, thanks!
Are we to old for NCL ?
