We will be on the Reflection for the Feb. 18 cruise in Room #1514. Does anyone know if a scooter will fit into the doorway as it isn't a handicapped room. Also considering renting a bedside commode. Thanks!

We had the separate vegetarian menu in Blu on the the Eclipse and the Equinox. Wonderful stuff! After we asked it for the first meal they always included it with the regular menu when seating us.
-
I hope this isn't a dumb question but how do reach Captain's Club by phone? Thanks!
-
In our opinion Blu is better than any of the specialty restaurants and we always eat there. Our waiter will always get us something from the MDR menu if asked and we also love the vegetarian menu.
-
We have never booked anything other than Aqua for all the reasons mentioned above. Love it!!!!
-
We like boarding early and heading for the Aqua spa cafe for lunch. There aren't that many tables there but we are always able to get one by being early. Then we just relax and marvel that we are on a cruise!!!!
-
The specialty dining really doesn't interest us because we love Blu. And on the S class ships the Persian Gardens have huge windows overlooking the ocean. We love everything about the Aqua cabins and wouldn't book anything else.
-
I know this may sound dumb but how exactly does one "monitor price drops" on cruises they have booked already? Thanks!
-
We never consider anything other than an Aqua class cabin. We love Blu -especially since they have a vegetarian menu plus will get you anything from the MDR - and use the Persian Gardens almost daily for free. The shower is delightful and we do get the ice tea every day. No free water though, but our drink package covers that anyway.

To me it looks like it belongs on an industrial building, not on a ship.

I didn't get an email, but this thread has been fun to read.

How will a new reveal be announced?

My daughter and I had this cruise booked, but I chickened out at the thought of the long plane ride from Cleveland to Santiago. Reading your review makes me really sad that we are not going. :loudcry:
-
We always book Aqua cabins and eat in Blu. We always got there before they opened. By the time they did open, there was always a long line formed already. It always seemed to be busy.
-
I agree with the stupid website! And we STILL have not heard about a travel planner as we were told we would.
-
We've always thought the free desserts at Cafe el Bachio were better than in the main restaurants - up until this October on the Equinox. It seemed they had cake every day. The Cafe on Eclipse was much better we thought.
-
Next to lounging on our balcony my favorite times are coffee in Cafe el Bacio and luxuriating in the warmth of those heated loungers in the Roman Gardens.

We have booked the April-May 2019 transatlantic on the Edge. So exciting!

My daughter has just informed me that we DID sign a paper releasing our TA. Another senior moment for me. She also said we signed a paper last month on the Equinox (releasing the Celebrity person I had booked a cruise with) when we changed something on the cruise onboard with a future cruises person. Still haven't heard back from Celebrity about our "assigned travel planner".
-
We told Celebrity a long time ago that we no longer wanted to use our TA and wanted to book direct with them - which we have been doing for 5 cruises now. Nothing was ever said to us about decertifying our old TA nor were we given anything to sign.
-
Looks like we are getting a planner. I called Celebrity and don't know if the person was new but she didn't seem to know about a travel planner. She talked with her supervisor and then told me that we can be assigned a planner. She said she
will email me when we have one. Stay tuned for further developments. :D

Our crossing from Barcelona to St. Thomas on the Norway in 1998 was so warm that I slept on the balcony every night. In contrast in 1999, also on the Norway, from Southhampton to NYC the weather was cold, foggy, and mostly unpleasant. This was in August.
-
I was told the name I was given when I called yesterday was our vacation planner for our last cruise (Equinox in Oct.) so why has she never contacted us? I am so confused. I didn't even know we had a vacation planner. No one has ever mentioned it to us.
-
We haven't had a TA for some time now. And I always tell the future cruise person that when booking onboard. How do I
"decertify" the TA we used to have? I was told by Celebrity to just call their # and ask for our planner by name. How would I ask Celebrity to have her call me?
Aqua class vs Concierge cabin ?
