I sailed the Getway may 9th with my girlfriend and her 14 year old son.We arrived at Miami airport from Newark around 930am retrieved our luggage and quickly caught a cab,15 mins to the port,the fare was 27.00 for all three of us.The porters were there to assist with our 3 bags.We headed to check-in with no wait.They took our info and gave us our key cards with the UDP & UBP stickers already on our cards.We had a spa room and the sticker for the spa was in a envelope in the room.We waited in the holding pit till they called our group number which was 5.We were on the boat and at the buffet by 12:15.We were one of the first at the buffet,so there was no wait and plenty of tables.We chowed down on burgers and salad,the lunch buffet was excellent with lots of choices for everybody.

After lunch we checked out some of the ship and headed down to deck 14 where our spa room was located,behold our luggage was inside the room already.The cabin was small with two twins pushed together and a pull out sofa bed,the balcony was small but good enough for the 3 of us.

I was on the same cruise,everything was great till someone stole our towels off our chairs when we went for a bite to eat! No seats near the tiny pools after 10am was annoying!

I booked the Getaway back in feb,for my may cruise,i purchased the UDP and the dinner show was to be free on the sailing night.That was one of the reasons for booking the UDP,now they tell me there will be no show on my may 9th sailing.I have left several posts on there facebook page,in which all get ignored! NCL could care less about the consumer,all they want to to is Nickle and Dime!:mad:

Those are the "cans" I've had on all our cruises. Essentially bottle shaped but aluminum.

Norwegian!!!! You made a bad choice! This will be my first cruise with Norwegian on the Getaway in may.but sadly it will be my last!!!!

Im a party of 3 myself for the getaway in may.I called and they told me to book 4,then cancel one person when aboard.So that's what I did!

It does not show up for any night on my cruise.

I booked the UDP for the getaway in may,tried to book the included show for the first night but it does not show up. I tried calling Norwegian and they told me to book once onboard.

We did the conga during the sail away party on the getaway in January.

Hello,im new to NCL,sailing on the Getaway in may.I haven't cruised since carnival in early 2000.In the main dining room the waiters would come around with balancing plates on their heads while getting the guest to do a conga line to the song hot hot hot,it was really fun.Does Norwegian do anything similar,or am I old school! Thanks

Same with us. We called NCL and they told us to try to book it for the first night when we get on the ship.

I booked the UDP for the Getaway in may,i tried booking the Illusionarium dinner show,but it wont show up as entertainment! All the other shows are available. It was was included free the first night when you book the UDP. I cant find it for any day of the cruise! I called Norwegian,and they say its currently unavailable!
