Hello. 
 

I was in my account for Princess and I saw that I had a line item under the onboard credits section for $50 in free play in the casino. It says I have to book by 6/17/20 and sail by 5/3/21. I already have a cruise rebooked but it’s for July 2021. Yes, I have played in the casino but not a lot. I had recently made my July 2021 booking from my Goodwill credits from our 4/4/20 cancelled sailing option 1 and just had the refunded taxes and port fees applied for the deposit.  (in case anyone wanted to know)
This has brought up a few questions that have circled in my mind based on older threads. 

Would I be allowed to have the credits extended and attached to my current booking? Should I speak with my PVP or email the casino with my booking number? 

Does it only apply to new bookings? I 

I never received any email with regard to this and I checked junk mail as well. Is this just free play or is there a ‘Casino Offer’ with a cruise?

Thank you to everyone who takes time out of their day to respond. At the end of the day I would never cancel the cruise my family and I have been looking forward to just to get $50 and then give it right back; and then some. But $50 on my current booking would be nice.

Thank you for posting this. We booked a cruise last week (using FCC from cancelled 4/4/20 sailing) and the price then for three people was over $500. I declined at the time but looked last night after reading your post and was able to book at the $39 pp for the platinum. 
After the FCC applied, we still owe $1400 as we decided to get a suite this time.

I really just want to thank everyone for going along with this butter thread. It has really brought smiles to my face. As an essential worker, I needed something to get my mind off the new normal and something to look forward to on my breaks.

I would like to think that when we return to cruising again, Princess will be so grateful, our butter ball bowls will be overflowing!

I’m trying to be optimistic in these times and be a butter ball bowl half full kind of person and not a butter ball bowl half empty person.

We will be on a Princess ship docked at Mohagany Bay this summer but want to go to Monkey LaLa for the zip line over the water? Is this even possible as it is at the other port (Coxen Hole). Just wanted to drink the famous drink and try the zip line over the water. I am a big chicken afraid of heights and I wanted to try the zip line but don’t want to commit to multiple zip lineing adventures in case it’s not my thing. 

Last year we did the monkey and sloth with an island tour. We contacted Daniel Johnson directly for our tour. He runs Daniel Johnson’s monkey and sloth hangout. The prices were very reasonable. Just google him and email for a tour option. They are very fast to respond to emails. They have a lot of options for a tour and will pick you up right outside the cruise terminal gates. We had the best time! It was amazing. We felt very safe and never felt like we were going to miss the ship. We didn’t do the zip line because I’m chicken. You just tell them what you would like for your tour and I’m sure they will make it happen. We stopped at the chocolate factory and I can’t wait until we go back this summer to stock up again. Our tour guide even stopped at a local grocery store for us to buy more candy and coffee. It truly was a once in a lifetime oppertunity and we plan on taking our son next year for his high school graduation. 

We we are passing on doing it this year as we will be doing it next year. This year we plan on getting a taxi to the chocolate factory and stopping at Monkey LaLa to get a drink and face my fear of heights by conquering their zip line. I hear it’s a good way to ease into it for chickens like me.

Sorry I don’t have all the details of the particular tour you are looking at. When I was looking into Daniel Johnson I made sure to read all the reviews on line and his ethical treatment of the animals in his care. The sloths are not in a cage and can come and go as they please. The other animals in the cages are there as they were once ‘baby’ pets that grew up. He gives tours where he teaches the local school children why animals are meant to be wild. You can bring your cameras and video cameras and the employees will take pictures for you.

You are right! Hilton Marina is where we like to stay. That’s what I get for trying to add my two cents when I should have been working.... 

We stayed at both Hyatt Place 17th street and Pier 66 last year. I have no information on parking but they were both very nice to stay at. You can catch the Water Taxi right outside Hyatt. If you stay at pier 66 you will have to walk over the bridge to get to the Hyatt for the water taxi. Both offered departure and return shuttles to the port for a nominal fee. This summer we have reserved the Hyatt because it is so convienient for us with the water taxi and the Walgreens within walking distance. 

We really enjoyed waking up early and walking to the top of the bridge to watch the cruise ships come in. 

I recommend you go to the website for Hyatt or call them directly to inquire about parking packages. 

• Battery operated tea lights in the bathroom and in the closet top shelf so you don’t have to turn on the bright light at night. We now use for hotels too!
• BVE (Bon Voyage Experience) is a great way to get FCD (Future Cruise Deposit) when you run out and you don’t have any cruises booked soon.
• Carnival Share Holder credits

You are brave geniuses! 

First time using EZ Air and we booked flexible fares last night. The savings were great, even with it being domestic flights. I know others on CC have stated they have rebooked the fares when they see a price drop but as I go through all the threads I’m not seeing how they are able see the price drop for EZ Air. I must be overlooking something because once booked I can only see my flight information, a warning about bag fees and an option to cancel my flights. How can I see what EZ Air is currently offering if I have already booked flights?

I tried as well for our March 30th sailing and get the same message. We are past final payment but I understand it still is a ways out.

I did call Princess a week or so ago and asked if our sailing would be an OM sailing and was told no.... I’m interested in what they tell you when you call. Please share.  Thank you.

Just for the heck of it I called Princess last night and asked if the sailing I’m on (3/30/19) would be an OM and was told no by the rep.

Clampram... good luck and please keep us posted. Good things are worth the wait.....fingers crossed.

I would recommend that once you book your cruise you go online and purchase your tickets for Alcatraz (DIY) as tickets sell out fast.

We’re really looking forward to this as well!  We are booked on the March 30th sailing and have never been on the larger ships with Princess.

I called yesterday to get pricing to refare our mini for 3 people and they said my category was sold out and if they did refare it would cost more than we paid. In fact, the lesser category minis cost more than what we paid. Not worth it!! Horrible sale!
