  1. We are planning on getting at least one rental car and then dropping it off on the day of the cruise. Will they shuttle you to the port anytime or is it after a certain time? Probably looking towards Alamo. The reason I ask this was the last time we rented a car the shuttles to the port didn't start till after 11 I think, this was in port canaveral.

  2. Thank u all for ur help! I'm thinking about doin little gift bags for everyone in my family and was goin to throw a cup in each bag but I know a lot of them will get the soda card so mayb it would b better for them just to get the carnival cups..

  3. If I remember correctly when u get the soda card u have the option to get a cup with it...will they fill that cup with ur soda or not? And does anyone know how much it costs? And is it a Tervis cup?

    TIA :)

  4. So what if your not actually getting married through carnival but on Fort Lauderdale the day before your cruise? Do you have to go and apply in person for the license or what? We are having a hard time finding flights that will get us there before the courts close for the day...

    Thanks :)

  5. Ok I need help I'm torn between hotels... Right now I have a hold on the gallery one but was thinking maybe I would be better off at either embassy or Hyatt 66... We (group of 14) are coming down two days prior to the cruise for a wedding... Which of these hotels would be the closest to the beach? any shuttles provided? Breakfast? I know nothing about these hotels or Fort Lauderdale actually... So I'm sure I will have more questions to come :)

  6. Which car rental company has free shuttle to the port and what are their locations? We will be staying at the doubletree gallery one thanks :) but flying into FLL

  7. I've been trying to figure out hotel arrangements for a while now. We have a group of 20 so we will need several rooms at least 5. I have narrowed it down to a few hotels but with me not really knowing the area, never cruised out of there or even been there. So ANY input on these hotels would be greatly appreciated. Embassy Suites, Gallery One (Double Tree) Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, Hyatt Place, Hyatt Regency and Lago Mar. or any other recommendations I have been through sunny.org several times in the last few days :)

    Thanks in Advance
