When I sailed in November, I was told the free cruise tournament was suspend due to covid concerns. And I saw several games begin just after lunch. Really depends on demand.

The Amped Oasis class ships can have them. Symphony OTS does. Go to the "ships" menu and things to do tab. Restaurants are listed for each ship. If a ship has a Wonderfland, it will be listed there.

Today, when I logged on for my cruise, the excursion listing no longer mentioned Nassau or Charlotte Amelie. Instead, San Juan and St. Kitts were listed. I contacted Excursions at RCL and they stated that Nassau was not accepting cruise ships at this time. They stated excursions I had booked that were affected by this would take a few days to be automatically refunded. New excursions would soon appear, likely after Oct 26th.
Actually, my wife believes this was a plus as we already had a stop on a cruise scheduled the week before. Strangely enough, that one, on the Freedom OTS showed no changes.

Truthfully, if you call the Casino Royal Representative line, they answer way more quickly than the regular line. I have waited maybe two minutes at most last few times I called recently. And they probably can answer that question better than a regular representative.

Don't bother. Best wait for a callback with resolutions. My own experience was to be placed on hold for over an hour just to be disconnected. Once I actually got resolutions, things went better.
-
Well, finally got Resolutions Department and reported the IT problem. Given the choices of canceling the cruise for future cruise credit or pay the balance and reeive some OBC, after a full minute, I decided to take the OBC. Hoping no further issues. Did get an answer that pleased me that since I am taking back to back cruises that start within 3 days of each other, I would not need to test between them.

Just to clarify, I booked through the site. There are pluses and minuses with using a TA, and this time I thought I would go through the site since I had no t had issues before.
About the call I was on:
The original agent who placed me on hold finally answered at 1 h 34 minutes. I was transferred to a manager. I told them I was trying to reach XXX of Resolutions, but I would speak with anyone with them. I was placed on hold again. At 1 h 47 minutes, I was disconnected. I am giving up for the night and hope their Resolutions department doesn't call during my work time.

So I booked a cruise on the Allure for November earlier this year. On June 15th, I asked to reprice my cruise. The agent had to cancel the original booking, and I received a new invoice showing that the money I applied to my excursions for that booking was applied to my new booking.
I questioned the agent about this and asked him to check with hi supervisor, and confirmed the money was applied.
I then signed on July 24th and paid the balance of my trip. The site seemed to confirm I was paid by stating no further balance was due.
At the a couple days before the 90 day mark, I saw the link activate again. I thought this was just another RCL IT issue. I then received an email stating I owed 800+ dollars.
I called RCL and asked what was going on. The agent stated I received a refund earlier on my excursions and needed to pay the balance. I requested a list of transactions so I could match against my accounts. I had repriced several of my excursions, so I wanted to verify. I was upset at this point due to the assumption I was paid, and I did not trust their system.
I also requested a manager so I could report the issues I experienced with the site, including the fact I was fully paid when I paid at the end of July. The agent started to argue with me about the transactions, not listening to the fact I wanted to report the IT issues so the next person would not experience the same issues.
At that point, I had enough and asked for a full refund. He stated I would lose my depoit. I asked again for a manager. He finally relented and advised my Resolution would contact me.
They called while I was working, so I could not pick up. After work I called the number listed for them. I got an agent who assured me he would he someone. I was place on hold. After twenty minutes, he came on again, to tell me it would be a couple more minutes, Here I am waiting, and it has hit an hour since the call was started. I am done with RCL at this point.

I just logged on the RCL site and went to my November 8th sailing of Freedom of the Seas for beverage packages. Previously, I am sure I saw the Deluxe Package showing as $68 a day with a %10 discount discount, although I might be incorrect on %. Now it stats $71 with a 20% discount. This would mean the beverage package is now $89 without discount? This seems to be a steep increase. I remember getting the same package for another RCL cruise for same time period for $47 a day earlier this year.

Upgrade available for me was the Premium drink package to Premium Plus.

My wife and I went on the POA in 2017. Although there was a flow to be seen, it was a mile away and the steam created by the flow entering the ocean obscures the view. Truthfully, the helicopter tour over the crater show much more impressive as it showed several spots of glowing red lava, and a daytime view of the same flow into the ocean. Much more expensive though, but it was a once in a lifetime experience for us. But I would suggest you research the volcano's current conditions as I have read the various flows have greatly reduced or stopped since 2018.

In 2017, my wife and I used Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. We noticed they were the same company that NCL was using for their excursions at the time. Going directly to them allowed us more options and additional selection of helicopters. And the video we bought of our trip at the end was worth every penny. It was composed of 4 camera views and had a full and appropriate soundtrack. One of our favorite experiences of our trip.

I just buried my parents at sea with RCCL this past January.I cannot say enough about how respectful they were of the process. And since there were no fees involved, there s no excuse for going through proper channels. Only reminder is make sure you have the proper documentation (cremation certificate) for the remains, along with a biodegradable urn. The info that Bob gave is the current way to initiate the process. And also be aware that burial times are at the discretion of the Captain because of weather conditions.

And what about when you ask them if you can have a bowl of nuts?

If the trip itinerary shows Hilo to Kona on the north side of the Big Island on your trip, the volcano would show on the LEFT or PORT side. Sometimes the ship goes the southern route, then the right side would be correct. Just picture the ship and how it travels from port to port.

Depends on what you want to see. I am told the whales migrate during the winter, so if you want to see them, that is the best time to go, up through March or April. Also winter seems to be a better time for higher waves at many beaches.

From prior posts I've read, it looks like those rooms directly below the pools tend to be noisier. Anything at least a level below or away from directly below them seems to be fine. After that, just the normal cautionary notes about being near elevators(unless that is what you want) or other high traffic areas if you are looking for peace and quiet.

I tried to see about Ocean Balcony Rooms for 4 adults for the Jan 102015 cruise for AOS. I updated the search from 2 to 4 adults, but then it displays my results with a note on each room stating up to 2 adults for occupancy. They need to correct this before I book again.

I received an email to remind me to call NCL to book directly by phone. They apply the credit when you book an excursion that way. Evidently, it can't be done on their site. Guess they didn't want to invest the IT dollars for a site update.
What can I use my 4 Diamond drink vouchers for if I have the Deluxe Beverage Package?
