  1. We sailed the Crown Princess Family Suite last year. We did not find the wind a factor, at all.
  2. I "registered" my entire family on my Ocean Ready. We got our Medallions yesterday.
  3. After reading the posts on this topic, I have gone into Ocean Ready several times without incident. i have even downloaded several of the other Ocean Apps. They installed and ran without incident.
  4. The Sky Princess has a couple Window Suites... We will be in a Window Suite on her Inaugural cruise out of Port Everglades December 2019
  5. Thank you for the excellent review. We will be on the CB next June with the family.
  6. We have been to all of the mentioned ports. We favor the Cayman, Roatan, Belize, Cozumel itinerary. In fact, we will be on the Caribbean next June for this itinerary.
  7. The Captain's Circle and the crew members. With all of our cruising on Princess we have never encountered anything less than happy, cheerful crew members. Although not a veteran myself. The Veteran OBC is a very nice touch.
  8. My family of 5 stayed in a family suited on the Crown Princess in March. We absolutely loved it. Breakfast in Sabatini's was great, as was the CC Dining. We did not have any issues on the balcony on the sea days. Excess motion was non-existent. Our Family Suite was capable of accommodating up to 8 passengers. The only negative was the fold out couch. Both were quite worn. No one in our group were able to sit on the couch. We kept sliding off the front of the couch. Of course, my kids eventually made a game of it. Overall, I would highly recommend the Family Suite for families or large groups. We have the Family Suite booked on the Caribbean Princess next year.
  9. We have seen Steve Caouette several times and he is great. We wish Princess would have a venue for comedians like Carnival does.Carnival has a comedy act around 11:00pm almost every night. Princess tends to have one headline show with a comedian and one lounge show.
  10. Have to agree with rockdoctor... Aside from the buffet, Ruby is much nicer ship. Our main grief with the Regal is the balconies. All things being equal, we prefer sailing on the Ruby. For us the overriding factor will always be the itinerary. We can adapt to the individual ship.
  11. Experienced CC dining on a family cruise in March (Crown Princess). The experience was extremely enjoyable. Well worth it. Will definitely book it again. On the second night the staff knew all of our names, food preferences and issues (allergies). We highly recommend CC Dining.
  12. Ship -- Crown Princess Class -- Grand ?? Essentially, two Mini-Suites combined. Sleeps up to 8. Room is spacious. Room steward was very attentive. Two bathrooms. Both couches in the family room are worn, slightly ragged. Very difficult to sit without sliding off. 3 TVs allowed for viewing for different tastes. Good value! Would book again in a heartbeat! :):):):)
  13. We were on the Crown last week and were not required to bring life jackets to muster. :p:p:p:p:)
