We loved the Aft Excel Suite. We aren't big on sunning. Enjoyed the shade on the balcony during the day!

Flying into NOLA the day before the cruise. Are there any hotels that pick up from the air port and also drop off at the port the next day? Thank you

Consider your Havana stateroom or suite your own island resort. Most important is the exclusive location: near the Havana Bar & Pool. This relaxation pool is your members-only spot by day, and a fun-for-all hotspot when the sun goes down. Indoors, all Havana staterooms feature a unique décor, but step up to a Havana Cabana for an extra-large outdoor chill space. Step into a Havana Cabana suite for even more space, plus a luxurious rain shower. (All Havana stateroom guests must be 12 or older.)

Program allows for up to 15 alcoholic drinks per 24 hour period (6:00am-6:00am); once the limit is reached, the guest will not be served ANY additional alcoholic drinks.

If you get an upgrade offer, both you and your TA will receive the notification.

Chicken tacos for sure! I'm going to have to try the taco bowl and breakfast burritos on my next cruise.

We used to take those, but in looking for them for our cruise next week were told they have been discontinued. ( If you're talking about the little blue Coffee Mate french vanilla concentrate).
If you have a Dollar Tree, check there. I just picked up 2 for our cruise.

Come on Cricket!!’ You’ve been here for years. Post this on the Carnival threads. BTW... I loved the Glory. 🛳
That's where I originally posted the question...CC moved it. Now I see it's back under Carnival. Go figure...:confused::confused:

We sailed in May and they had an 80's Themed Party on the Lido. I think it was the 3rd night.
Thank you!

Can someone who has sailed on the Glory recently, tell me if they have any themed parties...70's, White. Thank you!

Call Carnival and let them know what your dietary needs are. Then once you're on the ship, stop by the dining room and make sure they have received your request.
-
When you do your on line check in, post it there. You can call before your sailing to verify it's attached to your booking. I've never had an issue.

With the other 2 destiny class ships being “sunshined/sunrised” do you see Carnival doing the same to victory years down the road? I know they just got the full 2.0 upgrades this year, but maybe in a few years?

Thanks for posting!
How was the entertainment on board? Any recommendations? Thanks

Good luck finding a nice place to smoke it! Carnival used to have indoor places for cigars but no more. Now you are lumped together with the cigarette smokers on an outside deck.
The smoking areas are actually pretty roomy now. We've been on 5 different ships over the last few years, and all have had a nice area with couches, and or tables and chairs. A lot better than years ago.

I believe I had read in the past that we can not recommend PVP's. How do I go about getting a new one? I have one who insists that I would have to pay a $50 per person admin fee regardless of what type of fare I book even it if is before final payment date! I even called Carnival and confirmed that this is not the case. So either she sucks or is stupid. I had a great one years ago' date=' but she is gone. If there is a way someone can whisper in my ear the name of a reliable, seasoned, intelligent one, I would greatly appreciate it.[/quote']
Report the issue to Carnival. She may need to update her training again.

I was there last week. We walked from the ship and landed at Tiki Bikini. Byron and Diva took care of us. For $50 we got 2 lounge chairs, an umbrella, 8 mixed drinks, and 8 shots. Cheap strong rum, rather crowded as there were 4 ships in port, but lots of fun. The water was great and no one bothered you.
How far is this of a walk to Tiki Bikini from the pier? I do have a small mobility issue, just want to make sure it would be doable for me. If it's not within walking distance, does one of the local buses take you their and back? Thank you
Do they have snorkeling?

Dress for summer weather...in the Caribbean, it's summer year round. Shorts/tees/swimwear during the day. At night, a pair of slack and collared shirt for men is the "outfit of the night"...for women, anything goes....dress up more, if you wish. If you don't want to...don't.
Also add a light jacket for the evening show lounges or walks out on deck, and disposable rain ponchos for those unexpected showers.
