  1. I am one of you who had my Independence cruise cancelled. I re booked an Anthem cruise to northern Europe. The non refundable deposit was taken from my credit card immediately.for this new cruise. I am still waiting for the credit to my card for the cancelled cruise. The letter from RCI stated that customers  will start seeing these refunds by May 17 or sooner. I am curious as to how many of you fellow cancelled Indy cruisers have received their deposit back. I have spoken with my travel agent and she says it takes longer to get a refund. I am aware of that, but how long should I wait and has RCI forgotten about me? 

  2. I just reserved this hotel for one night prior to my upcoming cruise. Could you tell me your thoughts about this hotel and if there is a Walgreens or similar store within walking distance. I tried to post on the Florida departures page but couldn;t figure out how.

  3. Back in December 2017 I booked a March sailing on the Edge while I was onboard the  RCI Symphony of the Seas. My cruise is fast approaching. The cabin which was sold to me is a 1A cabin on aft deck 7. I received news from my travel agent that this cabin is now considered an obstructed view cabin. I have 2 problems with this - one - the RCI agent did not tell me at booking that this cabin is a port hole with a balcony and 2 - how come they are just now telling me about the obstruction after more than one year out of booking. If anyone has stayed in the aft deck 7 port hole balcony staterooms, could you let me know what the balcony is like compared to a "normal" balcony and how is the view from this balcony. Should I be requesting some sort of compensation for the "obstruction" which is a pipe going past my balcony.

  4. For the past month, maybe longer, I have been trying to access my reservation information after logging in to the RCI website. I keep getting a message in bold red font - Cannot access your reservation at this time. Please phone - and there is a phone number given, I have spoken with at least 6 different people at this phone number who say they will have the problem fixed. To date, I still can't access my reservation. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
