  1. Sounds about right! ;) At least they narrowed it down for us this time. Remember last time they had people submit their own names?! There were some crazy ones!
  2. I was on the same sailing and am very sensitive to the smell of smoke. I can honestly say, it wasn't an issue for me at all. The only time I ever noticed anything was when I cut through the casino and even that wasn't too bad. No issues on my balcony either.
  3. I did! We had such an amazing time on the Breakaway and in Bermuda! :D
  4. This would make a lot more sense, IMO, but they still do print out all the pictures. The only difference is that you don't have to search for them anymore. They are all put into the binder that has been assigned to your cabin. Great review, Qvenedandan!
  5. The wine package was available on the Breakaway last week. We did the 4 bottle Aficiando option (the middle package). The total cost with the 15% auto tip was $112.70. It was a great deal. The only pitfall was that the woman who sold us the package was new. She insisted we were only allowed to pick wines from the Aficiando list. I knew from researching beforehand on CC that we could pick from the Enthusiast list, as well. It was cleary spelled out on the order form, so I'm not sure where the confusion came from.
  6. Right now I'm still in the pre-cruise jitters stage. The excitement will come as soon as I am onboard with a drink in hand!:D
  7. I'm leaving tomorrow! Anyone know if there is a spot to hang an over-the-door shoe organizer on the Breakaway? I'm in a standard balcony cabin. I use it for toiletries so I normally hang it on either the bathroom or shower door. I'd love to hear from someone who has used one on this ship! Thanks! :)
  8. Thanks for the info! I'll be sure to check out those spots and report back when I return!
  9. Thanks Messy and Mooder! The Waterfront deck sounds exactly like what I am looking for!
  10. Thanks for the info, Brian. Were the seas unusually rough that night? I'm still debating whether I should switch my reservation to another night.
  11. Thx Mooder! Shade is great but I'm willing to take what I can get!
  12. Does anyone know of any good spots on the Breakaway where loungers or chairs are readily available or any quiet out of the way spots where we can grab a few seats and relax on sea days? We're traveling with the kids, so I don't think DH and I are going to get Vibe passes. From what I've read, it's going to be next to impossible to get a spot by the pool <which is fine>. And unfortunately, there's no Great Outdoors area on this ship. On all the other ships I've been on, there's always been somewhere to go to escape the craziness of the pool area. For example, on the Gem the deck right above the Great Outdoors next to the sports deck was always nice and quiet with plenty of chairs available. I'm starting to worry I'm going to have to spend the whole week on my balcony! And from the looks of it, even that's gonna be a tight squeeze!;):):D
  13. Is this something that happens often? I've got Cirque booked for the last night at sea. Your post has me wondering if I should switch to another night. Thanks to the OP for a great review!
