Thanks sgmn. I’ve tried that. I’ve even tried calling Celebrity hoping they could transfer me to RC at the top of the queue. I’ll keep trying weekly. Thanks.

I’ve tried to call RC seven times in the last two days using two phone numbers and still haven’t managed to speak to an agent. The longest I queued was 20 mins. I’ve tried different times of the day. There isn’t a ‘request a callback’ feature nor is there information about the place in the queue you’re at. Another number I called (on an email I received from RC last week) isn’t available. Bearing in mind I’m selecting options to order a drinks package and buy trips (ie giving RC money) I’m really disappointed at the poor service. Does anyone in the UK have any top tips about how best to contact RC without spending unreasonable times listening to gaudy music and disingenuous messages on repeat? Thank you!
