Thanks sgmn. I’ve tried that. I’ve even tried calling Celebrity hoping they could transfer me to RC at the top of the queue. I’ll keep trying weekly. Thanks. 

I’ve tried to call RC seven times in the last two days using two phone numbers and still haven’t managed to speak to an agent. The longest I queued was 20 mins. I’ve tried different times of the day. There isn’t a ‘request a callback’ feature nor is there information about the place in the queue you’re at. Another number I called (on an email I received from RC last week) isn’t available. Bearing in mind I’m selecting options to order a drinks package and buy trips (ie giving RC money) I’m really disappointed at the poor service. 
Does anyone in the UK have any top tips about how best to contact RC without spending unreasonable times listening to gaudy music and disingenuous messages on repeat? Thank you!

Can anyone help me with various dresscode queries?

I ask these in relation to an itinery around Japan, Taiwan and China in Nov 18 on Millennium.

1. I've heard of 'Chic' evenings; is this the most formal level of dresscode?

2. In practice, do men wear black tie dinner suits and women gowns at all?

3. Ahead of sailing, is the dresscode for each night shared with guests to allow for packing of the appropriate items? (I've been on cruises where they had theme nights but of course unless you have those items packed, you can't partake).

I've looked on the Celebrity website but it seems to be lacking in detail.
