They release them at midnight (Italy time).  You need to be on the website exactly on time to have a chance.  Don't waste time trying for English.

Si tiene suerte lo consigue en español.

I've been watching the official page and they seem to be releasing tickets randomly and not at midnight (Italy time).

If anyone have any clue at what time they release the Colosseum tickets please advice!

    I bet it's something like this...https://www.coaster101.com/2019/06/22/inside-360-degree-universal-sphere-dome-theater/

This sphere theater in Philadelphia opened in 2019 and it's 39 feet in diameter. I don't know if that's the interior or exterior size, but it's pretty close to the 50 foot diameter of the Icon's sphere.

It looks pretty close to this. You might be right.

Except that if customers continue to buy their products and services, they will have no incentive to improve.  I've said this before - if you truly receive poor service that is below the value that you paid for, then demand that the service provider adjust the price and give you a refund or credit.  This is the only way they are going to know to change things.  Surveys and "strongly worded letters" will get read, but as long as the cash flow remains steady, they have no incentive to change anything.

Exactly, buy you'll hear/read constantly on this forums things like "I'm just happy to cruise...", "Adjust your expectations..."

It's a shame some people is happy paying more for less

they didn't even allow my kid to wear goggles and/or a nose clip on the water slides on Harmony.... He hates the water rushing into his face.

Their rules on the ship vs rules on coco cay are way too strict, I think a little exaggerated.

Are you allowed to take cameras on the water slides (on ship or Coco Cay)?   Thinking Gopro or other waterproof one obviously.

On the ship they don't allow even watches or Wow bands, on Coco Cay I think you can use a GoPro with the proper strap

The Tendering is what has me thinking about it. We are doing private tours and need to be off as soon as possible.  I thought, and maybe it was Celebrity, that we had priority tendering (few years ago in Europe as well).  And when I look now, it is not a perk. So perhaps they are making more with The Key and taking it away from Diamond perk.

Same here! By any chance someone knows how does the tendering in Santorini works for guest with The Key?

Plain admission tickets are bookable 60 days in advance.

Most tickets that involve a guided tour are available many months in advance. I just checked October and they are all there.

The real problem is getting tickets to tour the Colosseum, especially the arena and underground tours.  They are available in the official website (www.coopculture.it) 30 days in advance.  However, there are "bots" that scoop up all the tickets the nanosecond they become available.  These tickets are then used by the many tour companies that sell tours for a much higher price.  There is a work around if you are willing.  The tours are also given in other languages and the bots tend to leave tickets available to the public. You can buy your tickets for the Italian or Spanish tours and if you don't speak either, there is a free app you can download and use during your tour.  I know. I booked my Spanish tours this morning. 😱

It has been Impossible to get tickets to the Colosseum tour with the arena and underground tours. Even on Spanish or other languages. At what time they release the tickets?

I'm thinking I'll have to bite the bullet and purchase with a tour company. Any recommendation?

  8. I change my sailing so I had to cancel all my cruise planner purchases.

A couple of weeks passed but not all my refunds were issued so I had to call to see what happened

The rep told me that I had to send an email with a format requesting the refund and want 60 business days!!! That's just crazy. Be careful you receive all your refunds or they will just keep your money until you ask for it, and then you'll have to wait A LOT to get your money back.
